‘Save the Date’ 8th March will be the announcement of Shadow of Mordor sequel, not Batman?

Thanks to an early product listing from Target International, it appears that we may not be ‘saving the date’ for a new Batman game or an Arkham Origins remaster after all, but rather the announcement of a sequel to 2014’s The Lord of the Rings game, Shadow of Mordor.

We will be covering the announcement of this game as it relates to the 8th March, but while we won’t be covering this game in any further detail, we did enjoy the first game and will probably be picking this up as well.

First details and cover images for the regular and Gold edition (the cover for this is very Game of Thrones) on PS4 & XB1 are below.
